Refunds policy

Here in ElixAds, we appreciate our partners and want to dedicate our endeavors to offering the best service. Still, we understand that sometimes certain circumstances will require a refund. Please check our refund policy below, so you will know that everything is clear and transparent in terms of eligibility for a refund:

1. Refund Eligibility

- Refunds are granted only when an advertiser account balance is greater than $200.

- Refund requests must come from the account owner's registered email address of the ElixAds account.

2. No Fees on Refunds

- Approved refunds will be given in full; there will be no extra costs or deductions whatsoever.

3. Requirements for Refund

- Refunds will only be issued for the unused account balance. Funds spent on ad campaigns or for any other services rendered are non-refundable.

- Accounts flagged as non-compliant with ElixAds' Terms of Service or as involved in any fraudulent or otherwise prohibited activities will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Refund Procedure

- To request a refund, please contact our support at support@elixads.com and provide your account details to verify.

- Upon approving your request, the refund amount will be credited within 7 business days back to your original method of payment.

5. Final Authorities

- ElixAds holds the authority to approve or disapprove refund requests as per its policy & terms of service.

6. Policy Changes

- This refund policy is subject to revision without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on the ElixAds site.
